TALON is inset flush with the surface of the dash plate. Just remove the warning label on the dash, line up the new cover plate, drill the holes to 5/16″ and insert standard push pins. Drill one hole, insert push pin, drill 2nd hole, insert push pin etc.
(Warning label should be relocated to another place that can be easily seen).
Dash Plate takes the same size/style push pins as the rest of the machine does (included).
